Time to get BETTER!

2013 was a rough year for me!

With a major flare-up of an old back injury, I really thought my life would never be the same.  I envisioned a future where I would could not fully engage in the active life style that I built my happiness and livelihood on. Not a good place to be.

After several traditional medical approaches and lots of time and rest and mild activity; I was able to slowly make it back to my healthy happy self.

I intend to stay this way as long as humanly possible and use every resource available to make that happen.

That is when BETTER WELLNESS PT was born.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I hope to be able to help you get back to a place that you want to be as well. A traditional outpatient therapy model is 2-3 times a week for up to 12 weeks. If that’s not for you, then maybe I’m the one for you. Let’s get your minor injury under control with a combination of modalities, try corrective exercises and taping.

Come back in when and as often as you need me.
